Change can be scary, even if that change is designed to make things better. So, even though TriMet’s new fare system was built to make riding easier and more affordable, riders still had their doubts. We thought the best way to make something less scary, was to make it more friendly. And in this case, friendliness came in the form of spokesblobs that started appearing all around the area.
