CATEGORY: Putting their brand imagination to good use


Zappos’s brand positioning is focused on Customer Service.  They’ve paid that off big time by launching a campaign offering their customer service chops for anything. No order necessary. Recommendation for the best pizza in town? You got it. Trying to locate PPE? You got it.

Now, that’s the way to put a brand’s positioning to work in alignment with the realities of this pandemic.  Bravo, Zappos!
