Brand Bite — #FCKingBrilliant

Have you heard? KFC ran out of chicken in the UK (for an entire day…oh no!) due to a logistics glitch. Their agency, Mother London, created a pretty clever ad to openly apologize for the blunder. Pretty bold too, I’d say. Not every client would have the guts to do this. And, not every brand would have the strength to withstand whatever controversy might come its way. #KFCCrisis
